Registration will be open from March 23 to May 15, 2020. Registration for the GIMAR 2020 is secured via payment of registration fee.

  • Conference registration fee: 60$ (includes admission to the scientific and poster sessions, abstract volume, refreshments, lunch, icebreaker and welcome dinner)
  • Post conference field trip fee: 130$ (includes field trip guidebook, food and transportation during the excursion)

There are two payments options: (i) by bank transfer or (ii) by cash on site.

Information for bank transfer will be announced later.

On-site registration:

Delegate can also register on site. Opening hours of the registration counter on-site are

  • 13:00-18:00, May 14, 2020.
  • 08:30-12:00, May 15, 2020.

Cancelation

Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by the organizer before 01 May 2020. The cancellation fee is 30$.
Cancellations after 01 May 2020 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
