Here are some tips for the presenters.

Oral presentations
All oral presentations should be conducted in English, and last for no longer than 15 minutes.
It is the session chairs discretion whether questions will be addressed at the end of each paper, or at the end of each session in a summary discussion.
Please ensure that your presentation is saved in either a PDF or *.ppt/ *.pptx format. The conference suite is equipped with audio-visual equipment. Please ensure that you slide text and images will be legible on a projection device. Please ensure to bring your presentation on a portable media (CD/DVD)/flash drive device. You can also bring your personal laptops for presentation.

Poster presentations
We can display posters up to A0 size (841 x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.
You are free to decide upon the print medium. Please ensure that you text and images are legible at your desired printing size.
The poster sessions will be held in a communal break area, with delegates free to browse posters during the coffee break and lunch time sessions. Please sure that you are available to talk about your poster.
It is possible to print the poster near the National University of Mongolia. If you plan to print your poster in Ulaanbaatar, please ensure to email organizing committee in advance of the conference (at least a week).
